When Christians Get It Wrong
This 4-week sermon series focuses on research done in the last year concerning young adults aged 16 to 29 regarding their religious practices-40% of these have opted out of church or any other religious community. In every generation young adults tend to become less active in church during their late teens and 20s, and tend to return in their 30s. What is different in this generation is that they've not just become lax in attendance, they feel a strong antipathy towards religion-Christianity in particular. Each Sunday, we will look at one of the top reasons non-Christians are turned off by Christianity.
We hope this series is challenging, compelling, and helps non-Christians see Christianity in a new light, and also helps those of us who are Christians to live in such a way that others are drawn to, not repelled by, our faith.

Giving:
Generosity and Giving is a direct response to our faith and trust in God. All that we have has been given to us by God, and he has entrusted us to manage it wisely. We are called by God to generously share our time, talent, and financial resources.
True Generosity comes from the heart out of faith in God, and we appreciate everyone’s gifts here at the Methodist Church at Wentzville.
